South Carolina Deputy Struck and Dragged by Car

A Spartanburg County sheriff's deputy dragged Monday night by a sedan is "going to be fine." The driver of the vehicle is facing multiple charges, and a passenger is in the hospital recovering from injuries suffered when the car hit a tree.
