MD State Trooper is Struck on Beltway During Traffic Stop

A Maryland state trooper assigned to the Golden Ring Barracks near White Marsh in Baltimore County was injured tonight when he was struck by a vehicle while giving a motorist a ticket on the inner loop of the Beltway near Perring Parkway.
