Washington State Trooper Struck on I-90 by Out of Control Vehicle

On December 24, 2008 at 0932 A Washington State Patrol Trooper working in King County on Interstate 90 was struck while in his patrol car as he was investigating a two vehicle collision that was clear to the right shoulder.
