MN Man Faces Felony Charges After Punching, Dragging State Trooper

A 36-year-old Robbinsdale man with a history of DWI arrests has been charged with fourth-degree felony assault, felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle and felony first-degree driving while impaired in connection with an incident Saturday, Nov. 15, 2008.
