Man Crashed into N.Y. Trooper Vehicle

David S. McCabe, 46, of Hoosick Falls, has been charged with drunken driving and fleeing police, after he allegedly crashed his 2002 Ford Ranger into the rear of a state trooper vehicle on Interstate 787 early Sunday morning, December 7, 2008.
