Lexington, KY Police Officer Injured

A Lexington Police Officer received minor injuries Tuesday night while working the scene of an accident.  Authorities confirm and officer was hit by an emergency squad while assisting the victim of an crash on Armstrong Mill Rd. The officer was out of his car on the slick road, when the EMS vehicle also arrived to give aid, it slid into the officer. The police officer did not receive serious injuries.
