Motorcyclist Charged After Driving Erratically, Almost Hitting PA Firefighter at Crash Scene

A Tobyhanna man is being cited by police after driving erratically at a high rate of speed on his motorcycle, forcing other drivers off the road and almost striking a firefighter.
