N.J. Trooper Opens Fire After Being Struck By Car

Members of the Attorney General's Shooting Response Team are investigating a shooting that involved a state trooper in Upper Freehold Township.  Officials say Trooper Thomas Murtha opened fire after he was struck by a vehicle in Assunpink Wildlife Management Area on Wednesday August 13.
