Massachusetts Town Worker Struck
A town employee remained in Charlton Memorial Hospital Friday afternoon after being struck by a car while on the job Thursday. Police spokesman Detective Jeff Majewski said Michael Nunes, 24, of Westport was transferred to the Fall River hospital with a broken leg shortly after 1 p.m. Thursday.
