Car Strikes and Kills Massachusetts Inmate Work Crew Member

A New Bedford man serving time on a drug charge at the Barnstable County Correctional Facility was killed and another inmate seriously injured when they were struck by a car on Route 28 as they worked with a cleanup crew yesterday.
