Police Say Bear Man Tried to Run Down Two New Castle County Officers

New Castle County police say a Bear man tried to run down two officers. Officials say 41-year-old Rafael Diodonet was sitting in a car about 1 a.m. Tuesday at the Lexington Green apartment complex in Bear when two officers approached his vehicle.
