Man Who Hit N.Y. State Trooper Pleads Guilty

Johnny “Mojo” Perkins, a North Carolina drug dealer, pleaded guilty Tuesday to a felony assault charge for slamming his car into a state trooper who thwarted his cocaine sale in a Black Rock supermarket parking lot last year.
