CONNECTICUT STATE POLICE CRUISER STRUCK ON I-91 IN HARTFORD

A state police cruiser was struck by another car near exit 34 on the northbound side of Interstate 91 in Hartford. The trooper was stopped on the side of the road and a car side swiped the cruiser, police said.

There were minor injuries reported, including the trooper. The cruiser sustained heavy damage.
