FIRE TRUCK HIT BY 18-WHEELER IN TEXAS

An 18-wheeler collided with a fire truck Thursday afternoon in south Bexar County. The Bexar County Fire Department was responding to a call for a minor accident on U.S. Hwy. 281 at Mogford. The Sandy Oaks Fire Department was assisting in that call when it collided with the 18-wheeler. We’re told the driver of that truck assumed the highway was shut down.

Four people were injured in the accident. One person was taken by Airlife to an area hospital. Their identities have not been released.
