PENNSYLVANIA WOMAN ARRESTED FOR HITTING OFFICER DURING TRAFFIC STOP

A woman was arrested for hitting a police officer with her car during a traffic stop in Glassport. The 19-year-old woman has been arrested for driving under the influence after allegedly hitting the officer early Saturday morning. Police said the woman had vodka under her seat and two children were in the car. Her name is not being released at this time. The officer's injuries are not said to be life-threatening.
