WASHINGTON POLICE OFFICER ALMOST HIT BY STOLEN CAR

Federal Way, Washigton police are on the hunt for two men who tried to run an officer over with a stolen car. It happened in the 100 block of Southwest Campus Drive. Officers were responding to a possible auto theft and managed to detain one possible suspect. They then found two other suspects as they entered a running vehicle that was reported to have been "hot wired."

The officers ordered the suspects to stop and attempted to detain them but they fled, and drove directly at several officers. One officer opened fire to stop the car but it got away.
