CENTRAL FLORIDA TROOPER STRUCK BY CAR ON I-4

A Florida Highway Patrol trooper in Volusia County, Fla., was struck and injured by a man driving a car on Interstate 4. The trooper was helping a motorist near on I-4 near the on-ramp for Interstate 95 early Wednesday. The trooper suffered minor injuries and was being treated at Halifax Medical Center.
