DALLAS, TEXAS OFFICERS CRUISER STRUCK IN HEAD-ON COLLISIONS

A woman was under arrest early Thursday after her vehicle plowed into a Dallas police squad car providing security for a highway work crew on in southeast Dallas on Interstate 20. An officer in the police car, whose name was not released, was not seriously hurt but taken to a local hospital for observation.
