FLORIDA FIREFIGHTERS HAVE CLOSE CALL

Hernando County Fire Rescue, Florida crews were parked on the side of the interstate obtaining a patient refusal. Two crew members were in the back with one patient, due to the rain. A car carrier struck a guard rail, was then struck by another and was pushed into the ambulance. The ambulance was pushed over a hundred feet. The crew was transported to local hospitals as a precaution, as well as the initial patient.
