SUSPECT ARRESTED AFTER ALLEGEDLY HITTING DEPUTY WITH CAR

A career criminal has been charged with running an Orange County Deputy. After the deputy was struck he got back in his own vehicle and the chased the person who struck him.  The criminal had a lengthy arrest record, with robbery and drug convictions. The deputy had to be taken to the hospital. The sheriff's office said that the deputy had a bump on the head and some scrapes and bruises, but he's okay.
