SC STATE'S TROOPERS VEHICLE HIT BY CAR

A South Carolina state trooper sitting in a stationary vehicle on the median of I-85 was rear-ended by a driver later charged with making an improper lane change.  The trooper was taken to the hospital as a precaution.
