GREEN TWP., CLINTON COUNTY, Pa. (WOLF) — A tow truck driver was struck and killed on Interstate 80 in Clinton County Saturday. Pennsylvania State Police say it happened after 9:30 near mile marker 184.9 on I-80.
A tow truck was working to remove a disabled semi that was parked on the south berm when another vehicle traveled off its lane and hit the tow truck while the driver was standing outside near it.
The tow truck driver was fatally injured. He has been identified as Jim Corl owner, and operator of Valley Truck and Trailer in State College.
