(OK)(07-17-2021) Tow Operator Struck and Killed on the Turner Turnpike

According to OHP, 44-year old Donovan Knippenburg was hit by a car eastbound on the Turner Turnpike around 11:07 p.m. on Friday, July 16th, and pronounced dead on the scene by first responders. He was a tow operator with AWOW Towing in Tulsa, OK.
