Georgia: Man caught with drugs after ignoring 'Move Over' law
A Bainbridge man who failed to move over for law-enforcement on the side of the road finds himself in jail on drug charges. A Warwick police officer pulled over David Ezell for driving too closely beside a police car that had pulled over another driver.
The officer found three ounces worth of Meth, along with and Xanax and Lortab pills in his car. The Warwick police chief says his officers will continue to fight drugs, even on routine traffic stops.
Ezell is only charged with possession of Meth and those pills right now, but could be charged with trafficking, depending on the amount determined at the crime lab.
