Florida Officer, Hit by Pick-up, Hopes to Make Roads Safer

Officer James Perrine is proof an officer is never off duty. He's recovering from serious injuries after he was hit along I-75 while helping a stranded motorist on his way home from work. The driver who hit him kept going and hasn't been caught. It happened on the Peace River Bridge October 13th.
